ProductionSaku Metall has its production facilities and warehouses in Tallinn on Saku Street and since 2003 also in Harju County, Rae Parish, Karjavere, on Põrguvälja Road. The total area of the renovated Saku Metall is planned to be 77,700 m². Out of the 7500 m² the area of the covered space for storage and production is 4500 m². At the present moment we use three production halls with the area of 2562 m² located on Põrguvälja Road. If needed, we can extend our production area by 5 more halls of the same type.
Since the production of the first metal door in 1991, the technological level and volume of production has continuously increased through investments in modern sheet metal processing equipment and expansion of the production area.
Average production output of the company:
- Sheet metal processing – 200 t per month
- Manufacturing of metal doors – 700 pieces per month
- Manufacturing of steel profiles (glazed doors and walls, windows) – 500 m² per month
- Manufacturing of sectioned overhead doors – 150 pieces per month
The production of the door factory is installed by our internal installation teams. Maintenance and repair teams take care of the products made by Saku Metall and also products made by other manufacturers.
